Our sympathies and prayers are with everyone who has been affected by the earthquake and tsunami in northeast Japan, especially those who have lost loved ones and those who are currently lacking food, water, and shelter. We pray for further harm to be averted, for needs to be met, for comfort for all those who are grieving, and that even in this time of distress, the Japanese people would find strength and salvation in Jesus Christ. "My soul clings to you; your right hand upholds me" (Psalm 63:8).
