  World Literature:

Tuesday: Take notes on pp. 28-34 (one page) from Epic of Gilgamesh. G.U.M. 10 A, 11 B. Bring G.U.M. tomorrow.
Wednesday: Read pp. 35-40 from Epic of Gilgamesh handout. Written assignment TBA.
Thursday: Read pages 41-46 of Gilgamesh
Friday: paragraph response – What is Gilgamesh like as a hero? finish Ancient Literature worksheet

Optional extra credit assignment:  Read either the Popol Vuh or the Enuma Elish and compare and contrast what you read to the Bible, the Epic of Gilgamesh, or both (3-4 paragraphs, due Monday).  Links below.
